A close-up lens, also known as a close-up filter or macro filter, is a secondary lens that allows a primary lens to focus more closely. It works like reading glasses, allowing the primary lens to focus more closely. A close-up lens can be used to enable macro photography without requiring a specialized primary lens. The Higher the number the closer to the subject you can focus.
